The Employment Coaching Service is part of the Money Advice service and supports customers with access to employment, education and training opportunities and helps them sustain their tenancies.

It helps with:

• One to one guidance
• Interview skills and coaching
• CV support
• Job searching support
• Job application support
• Skills development
• Raising aspirations, resilience and independence
• Skills and confidence building

To apply you must be:

• A Citizen customer or living in a Citizen property (including shared ownership)
• Have a right to work in the UK
• Be of working age
• Looking for work, education or training and not be engaged in these already
