Join our new Customer Committee

We want the work that we do to match up to the expectations of our customers.

Our new Customer Committee will play a central role in helping to shape the services we provide. We are looking for passionate customers who want to make a difference to join this group and be a representative for tens of thousands of our customers.

Meetings for the new committee will be run online, meaning you can fit your involvement in around your other commitments. The role also comes with a £2,500 annual payment.

About the committee and the roles

We are committed to making sure our services and the work that we do reflects what our customers want and need.

 

That’s why we are setting up our new Customer Committee so that the voice of our customers is reflected in everything we do.

 

This exciting new group is part of our formal board structure – which means that the its work, oversight, and challenge will directly influence what we do and the services we provide.

Meetings will be online for the foreseeable future, so you can manage your involvement around your other commitments.

This is a chance for you to be an ambassador for customers who live in our 30,000 homes across the West Midlands and make decisions which will shape what we do and how we move forward.

 

We want our Customer Committee to be representative so that we can make decisions which reflect the challenges people in our communities face every day.

 

We have a commitment to make sure equality, diversity and inclusion sit at the heart of our work and we want to make sure this group reflects that commitment.

Committee members will each receive payment of £2,500 a year for their contribution.

This is your chance to shape our services and be a voice for thousands of our customers. We provide a foundation for life for tens of thousands of people across the West Midlands and you will play a key role in making sure that work has the biggest impact on the lives of people in our communities.
