In 2020-21 we completed 506 homes and started 407 more.
Where: Cheylesmore, Coventry
Number of homes: 30
Breakdown of homes: 30 retirement living flats for people aged over 55
Estimated completion: December 2022
Contractor: J Harper & Sons
About this development: Swift Court will replace our existing retirement living accommodation at Eric Inott House as well as the previous building on the site which was a 16 flat development for the over 55s.

Breakdown of homes: 100 for outright sale and 146 affordable homes

About this development: Work started on the site in summer 2020 and there is also an 1802 warehouse which is being converted into flats on the development

About this development: Spirit Quarters is a major regeneration programme transforming North East Coventry. This is the fifth phase and phases one to four have already provided 979 new homes in the area

Breakdown of homes: 30 affordable rent, 13 social rent, nine shared ownership and 51 outright sale homes

About this development: Built on the former Ridge Hill hospital site in Wordsley, the site provides a significant contribution to new build affordable housing in the area

Breakdown of homes: 59 social rent, 100 affordable rent, 81 shared ownership and 360 outright sale
Estimated completion: Handovers start March 2022
Contractor: Vistry Partnerships
About this development: Built on the former Lea Castle hospital site at Kidderminster, the 600 homes will be built over the next eight years. This £137m development will provide more affordable housing than is required by the local planning authority.

About this development: Our first ever pilot of modular homes – the homes were built in a factory and lifted onto the site, which was previously a demolished Scout hut. The development received widespread coverage on Midlands Today, BBC Coventry and Warwickshire and Coventry Live.
