Position: Talent Acquisition Advisor
Salary: £36,149
Location: 4040 Lakeside, Birmingham Business Park, Birmingham, B37 7YN (hybrid, 2 days in the office)

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Direct source and headhunt candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and other platforms.
- Build and maintain talent pools and pipelines to meet current and future workforce needs.
- Coordinate multiple recruitment campaigns and manage agency recruitment when required.
- Maintain and optimise the ATS for efficiency and compliance with GDPR.
- Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and recruitment data reporting.
- Represent Citizen at recruitment events and support employer branding initiatives.
- Deliver a high-quality candidate experience through clear communication and timely feedback.
Qualifications and Experience
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally in a high-volume or fast-paced environment.
- Strong sourcing skills with experience using LinkedIn and other platforms.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience with ATS or in-house recruitment systems.
- Knowledge of employment legislation and recruitment compliance.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Analytical mindset with ability to use data to inform decisions.
- Driving licence beneficial for travel to offices and recruitment events
