Kristy, from Coventry, had lived in temporary accommodation for six months, including B&Bs, before landing a brand new affordable rented home with us at our new development in Willenhall.

“I love it here, I’m over the moon,” Kristy said. “The house is so nice and the location is perfect for me because I’ve lived in Willenhall all my life. I feel so lucky to have such a beautiful home.”

Kristy’s new home is in a development we built as part of our innovative joint venture with Coventry City Council.
