Interested in supplying to us?
Citizen seeks to achieve value for money throughout all of its procurement exercises. A rigorous, fair and transparent procurement process is key to ensure that our customers and colleagues only receive high-quality works, goods and services that represent value for money.
As a registered social housing provider, we are required to comply with the Public UK Contract Regulations 2015. When we seek to procure goods, works or services above the monetary thresholds detailed in the regulations, we advertise the opportunity via the Find a Tender service and/ or Contracts Finder.

For our procurement exercises, we use In-Tend Limited which allows us to manage our procurement activity from initial advertisement all the way through to contract award. To visit our tender portal, please click here: Citizen’s In-Tend Portal.
On our Tender Portal, you can register your details, view, and express interest in live tender opportunities. Your internet settings may trigger a security warning when you try to open the In-Tend portal. It is safe to continue, so simply click ‘yes’. But if you want reassurance, you can call In-Tend Support on 0845 557 807.
We are committed to promoting diversity throughout our suppliers and to ensure each supplier has a fair opportunity with their tender, we have assembled a help sheet which contains useful tips for successful tendering. Take a look at our Tips for Successful Tendering here.
We are also committed to making sure modern slavery and human trafficking are not taking place anywhere in our business or supply chains. For more information, please read our Anti-Slavery and Human Trafficking Policy.
We also take fraud extremely seriously. Read our Anti-Fraud, Bribery and Corruption Policy for more information.
