Our Chief Executive Kevin Rodgers becomes board member for PlaceShapers

PlaceShapers has announced our Chief Executive Kevin Rodgers as one of their new board members.
He is one of three chief executives appointed to the board which is made up of chief executives drawn from PlaceShapers member organisations.
Anne Waterhouse from Wandle Housing Association and James Francis from Saffron Housing are also joining the board.
Kevin said: “I was really keen to join the PlaceShapers board because it’s a great organisation and we have been proud to be a member. The increasing focus on regeneration and creating places that are fit for the future aligns with our values and plans.”
Kevin, Anne and James succeed Gary Fulford from WHG, David Cummins from Warrington Housing Association and Claire Higgins from Cross Keys Homes who stepped down in December 2025.
