Update your details and enter our prize draw
From 1 December, we’re asking all customers to review and update their personal and household details in My Account.
Keeping your information up to date helps us understand your needs, offer the right support, and make sure our services are fair and inclusive for everyone.
As a thank you, if you update your details before midnight on 21 December, you’ll be entered into a prize draw to win a £250 shopping voucher – just in time for Christmas! And it doesn’t end there.
If you update your information any time before 15 February 2026, you’ll also be entered into a second prize draw to win a Samsung tablet. Even if you enter the Christmas draw, you’re still eligible for this one too.

We’ve improved My Account based on your feedback
Over the past year, many customers have shared what would make My Account easier to use.
We’ve listened – and from next month you’ll see a refreshed design and new features that will help you manage your home more easily. When you log in from 1 December, you’ll notice:
- Refreshed colours that match Citizen’s website
- The ability to view previously completed repairs, giving you a better record of works carried out in your home
- Improved speed of pages loading, with more upgrades coming soon
These updates are all designed from your feedback to help you get things done quickly and confidently. The full terms and conditions for the prize draw are below.
My Account prize draw terms and conditions
Prize draw duration: The prize draw runs from 1 December 2025 to 15 February 2026.
Eligibility:

The prize draw is open to Citizen Housing customers aged 18 and over.
- To be entered into the prize draw, customers must successfully log in to My Account and update all their personal and household data during the prize draw period.
- Citizen staff and Board Members who are also customers are not eligible to enter the prize draw.
How to enter:
Disclaimer: By entering the competition, you are not guaranteed to win a prize.
• Customers must review and update all their personal and household data within My Account during the time period (1 December 2025 – 15 February 2026). This includes checking the data to ensure it is accurate and complete.
• Updates must be submitted via the My Account portal and saved successfully in order to qualify.
• Customers will be automatically entered into the prize draw within this period. To opt out please email info@citizenhousing.org.uk with subject; ‘Competition opt out’, stating that you do not wish to be included in the customer data prize draw on My Account.
Prizes:
• Early Bird Prize: A £250 shopping voucher for updates submitted between 1–21 December 2025.
• Main Prize: A Samsung tablet for updates submitted by 15 February 2026.
• Customers will be entered into both prize draws. There is no limit to the number of updates you can make.
• The winner of the early bird prize and the winner's household will not be entered into the main prize draw (only one prize will be won per household.)
Winner selection & notification:
• Winners will be selected at random after each qualifying period.
• Winners will be contacted by email or phone.
• By entering the prize draw, you give consent for Citizen to publish your first and last name in campaign communications (e.g. social media, newsletters)
• The £250 shopping voucher will be delivered electronically. The Samsung tablet will be delivered in person.
Data use & privacy:
• Data collected through My Account is processed in line with UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018 and Citizen’s Privacy Policy and Housing Customer Privacy Notice.
• Citizen has a lawful basis for the data it collects, and only information necessary for delivering safe, fair and effective services will be requested. .
• Some data (e.g. name, date of birth) cannot be edited directly in My Account as it requires verification.
Liability
We accept no responsibility for:
• Technical failures or issues with the portal or communication systems
• Inability to deliver a prize due to circumstances beyond our control
• Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits our liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Exclusions:
• Any fraudulent or incomplete entries will be void.
• Citizen reserves the right to amend or withdraw the campaign at any time in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
