Comfortable, affordable homes for over-55s – with a great sense of community.

Independence and so much more
We offer a range of retirement living homes across the West Midlands – in places like Coventry, Birmingham, Hereford and Worcester. Each scheme offers a welcoming space where you can enjoy your independence, with the peace of mind that support is there if you need it.
Our homes are designed for people aged 55 and over, and come with everything you need for easy, comfortable living.
Many of our schemes also include a 24-hour careline service, connected via Wi-Fi with video door entry, as well as safe storage and charging for mobility scooters.
The benefits of our schemes

Who can live in our retirement homes?
Anyone aged 55 or over is welcome to apply. You don’t need to be retired – but you do need to apply through a choice-based letting scheme, so you’ll need to qualify with your local council for social housing.
Why do people choose our retirement living homes?
Everyone has their own reason for moving – but many of our residents wanted a home that’s easier to manage or were looking for more connection and companionship.
Some were feeling isolated in their previous homes. Others simply wanted the reassurance that help is nearby if it’s ever needed. Families often tell us they love knowing their loved one is safe, supported and surrounded by community.
How to apply
We have retirement homes to rent across the West Midlands – including Coventry, Birmingham, Hereford and Worcester.
To apply, you’ll need to register with your local council’s choice-based letting scheme. This lets you view and bid for available homes. Your application will be assessed based on your circumstances and how urgent your need is.
You can learn more about how choice-based letting works on our Rent a home page, or visit your local council’s home-finding site below:
