How to move to a different property
If you’d like to move into a different property, you can swap homes with another tenant through mutual exchange or housing transfer.

What are my options?
There are lots of reasons you might like to move to a different home. You might want to downsize to something more manageable, get more room for a growing family, or live in a different area.
There are two main ways housing association tenants usually move into a different property: mutual exchange and transfers. Find out more about these below.
