At Citizen, we don’t have our own housing transfer list. But that doesn’t mean you’re on your own. We’ll guide you through the steps you can take and how we can support you.
A housing transfer is when your landlord moves you from your current home to another one of their properties. It’s different from a mutual exchange, which is a swap between tenants.
We may consider a transfer in exceptional circumstances – for example, if your safety is at risk, or if you or someone in your household is facing serious health or wellbeing challenges.
