Normally, a year only has 52 weeks, but sometimes there are 53.
This year (2024/2025) there are 53 weeks.
This means if you pay your rent weekly, you’ll have an extra week to pay. If you pay monthly, you’ll need to make sure the extra week is also factored in. This will happen automatically.
