Together with customers stamp
When you’re involved, we want you to see the difference you’ve made.
That’s why you might notice a Customer Stamp on some of our policies, documents, and webpages. The stamp shows where customers have helped shape, influence, or improve what we do. Customers also voted on the design of the stamp, so it reflects how you wanted customer involvement to be recognised.
What the Customer Stamp tells you
When you see the Customer Stamp, you can be confident that:
-
People have taken part in a meaningful way
-
Ideas shared by customers have shaped the final version
-
Real changes have been made
-
We’re clear and open about what changed and why
The stamp isn’t used unless all of these things have happened.
Why we use it
You told us it can be hard to see when feedback has been listened to, or how it’s been used. We understand how frustrating that can feel.
The Customer Stamp was created in response to that feedback. It’s a clear, visual way of showing where your voice has made a difference and where working together has led to real outcomes.
An earned mark you can trust
The Customer Stamp has to be earned.
If customer ideas haven’t shaped the outcome, or if we can’t clearly explain the change, the stamp isn’t used. That matters, because it means when you see it, you can trust it. It tells you that people have helped shape what you’re looking at and that your involvement really does count.
Working together
By making customer impact visible, we’re being open about how decisions are made and showing the value of working together.
When you share your views, you help us deliver better services for everyone.
