Citizen Housing is inviting applications for its Customer Scrutiny Panel; a group of residents who work closely with staff to ensure services meet high standards and reflect customer needs. Find out more about the work we do here: Citizen
Role: Customer Scrutiny Panel member
Salary: £2,750 per annum

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify ways to improve services for all Citizen customers in all areas of its operation
- Interpret insight and data about Citizen’s services to investigate and test those services
- Use information to develop evidence-based recommendations on ways in which services can be changed or improved
- Listen to and understand the experiences of other Citizen customers, and to be able to see beyond their own experiences
- Maintain objectivity in their approach when reviewing and monitoring services
- Develop and maintain a good awareness of Equality and Diversity issues
- Constructively challenge and question
- Creating reports to be presented at Board Level
Who can apply:
- Any Citizen customer with a passion for community improvement
- No formal qualifications required, but experience in areas like customer service, repairs or community work is beneficial.
- Applicants should demonstrate skills such as communication, fairness, and the ability to challenge constructively
