Salary: £28923 per annum (or pro rata)
Positions: 1 Full-time-Permanent, 37 hours
1 Part-time-Permanent, 25 hours
Monday to Friday on a rota basis 8am - 6pm
Location: Birmingham, B37 7YN (Hybrid working 2 days from an office)

In housing you can make a real difference, the role of an Income Advisor will involve:
- Delivering excellent customer service to both inbound and outbound customer contacts.
- Supporting local income teams to achieve collection targets.
- Working positively to sustain tenancies whilst maximising the collection of rent to meet key business and service targets.
- Proactively contacting customers with debt to obtain payments, sign posting customers to benefit and money advice services where appropriate; promoting and setting up direct debits.
As an Income Advisor we need you to have:
- Excellent customer and communication skills.
- Commitment to delivering the best outcomes for people with a positive, can-do mindset.
- Excellent administrative skills to effectively collect and update customer profiling data.
We would be really excited if you have:
- Experience of working for a housing provider or local authority.
- The ability to work in a busy environment.
- Proven excellent customer service skills and experience.
