This is an exciting opportunity to join the Transformation Team who are delivering a customer-led Transformation programme driving improvements to Citizen’s culture, services and products.

We are looking for someone with energy and enthusiasm who is passionate about delivering positive change. You will be working alongside our Project Management Team to drive our transformation programme ‘Putting our Citizen’s First.’

Transformation Lead

Salary: £ 54,216

Position: Permanent, full time 37 hours per week

Location: Birmingham/Hybrid – minimum 2 days per week

This role involves working across all areas of the business, using evidence to diagnose areas for improvement, working with colleagues to develop improvement plans and design solutions. You will be key to the project team assuming the role of Business Analyst, developing and delivering the right solution and ensuring that identified benefits are realised and sustained.

In addition, you will be supporting colleagues to understand, adopt and embed a continuous improvement culture across Citizen.

In Transformation you can make a real difference, the role of Transformation Lead will involve:

  • Obtaining, analysing and presenting data to identify areas for improvement and to support decision making by business leaders
  • Collaborating with colleagues across the business to design innovative and creative solutions to solve business problems
  • Ensuring that design solutions meet the needs of customers, colleagues and regulatory requirements
  • Defining and communicating requirements to colleagues and ensuring that these are delivered
  • Identifying and defining benefits to be delivered
  • Running workshops in person, online and hybrid to deliver project objectives
  • Working with the business to ensure that improvements and benefits are embedded and sustained

As Transformation Lead, we need you to have:

  • Experience of leading and managing change activities
  • Experience in using Microsoft Office products to present, analyse and process data
  • Experience of utilising different tools and techniques to process map and problem solve
  • Experience of presenting and leading meetings, workshops and/or training at different levels
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • A passion for driving meaningful change and making a difference
  • Great organisational skills
  • An ability to work flexibly and respond to changing priorities
  • An enthusiastic and approachable personality

We would be really excited if you have:

  • Qualifications linked to Lean transformation
  • Experience of delivering AI/RPA transformation projects
  • Experience of delivering transformative change in Housing Management Services
