Stay safe, warm & supported this winter
Stay safe, warm, and supported this winter with practical tips and advice from Citizen. From keeping your home cosy to managing your money and staying safe, we’re here to help you through the season.
Weather update: we’re here to help you stay safe
The Met Office has issued a weather warning for Storm Goretti, which may bring rain, sleet and snow, causing some travel disruptions. We know this kind of weather can be worrying.
Please take extra care and avoid unnecessary journeys where possible. Make sure your home is safe and secure, and check in on anyone who may need extra support.
During this time, we may receive more repair requests than usual. We’ll always prioritise emergencies and urgent repairs that affect safety and essential services. If you notice anything that feels unsafe or needs urgent attention, let us know as soon as you can.
We'll try and keep all our scheduled appointments, so you don’t need to contact us to find out if your appointment is still going ahead. If we do need to rearrange, we’ll let you know as early as possible.
Some non-urgent repairs may take a little longer, and we really appreciate your patience while we support those who need us most. If your repair is not an emergency, you can still let us know through My Account.
