Position: Estate Services Operative
Salary: £28,923
Work Pattern: Full Time 5 days out of 7 will include weekends on rota
Location: Coventry and will also work in Birmingham/Worcester/Hereford and surrounding areas

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for the appearance, cleanliness, and operational effectiveness of the internal and external communal parts of Citizen blocks and Estates which we own
  • Clear fly tipping, our void properties, the bin chutes on the high-rise buildings, remove graffiti, gutters clearances, perform inspection of playgrounds and bin cleaning with a bin cleaning machine

Qualifications and experience:

  • Experience of working in a team
  • Experience of dealing with customers and commitment to delivering a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Be able to work to and meet varying deadlines.
  • Be able to work in extremely unpleasant conditions.
  • Be able to undertake physical activities including lifting of heavy item
  • Driving Licence is essential
