We have close relationships with councils and housing associations across the West Midlands to help deliver the housing people across the region need.
We have a commitment to build 650 new homes a year: 550 at affordable rent and 100 to help people onto the housing ladder.
We have 19,000 homes in Coventry and we’re committed to continuing to build new homes for people in the city.
We work very closely with Coventry City Council to achieve this – building hundreds of homes at sites across Coventry every year.
This includes an innovative joint venture which will see us build 230 homes on land owned by us and the council.

In 2019 we joined the Matrix Housing Partnership – a group of nine Midlands-based housing associations working together to meet housing need in our region.
Together we own and manage 100,000 homes across the region and since the group was established in 2003 its member organisations have delivered around £1bn of new housing across the Midlands.
In 2019 we secured a deal as part of this partnership to deliver 680 homes by 2020 as part of Matrix Housing Partnerships’s strategic partnership with Homes England. This deal helped us to ramp our delivery of affordable homes from 400 a year to 550 a year.
Our Chief Executive, Kevin Rodgers, is the Chair of the West Midlands Housing Association Partnership (WMHAP).
A partnership of housing associations in the region with the aim of supporting the housing ambitions of the West Midlands Combined Authority, which includes delivering 215,000 homes between 2018 and 2031.
In 2018 we helped to set up Constructing Excellence Midlands (CEM).
This not-for-profit membership organisation exists to provide a platform to share best practice and innovation in construction and stimulate debate which will drive the sector forward.
We are proud to be represented on the board of CEM and play an active role in driving its agenda forward.

We are the lead partner of Spectrum Development Partnership – a group of social housing providers from the West Midlands who share resources and expertise with the aim of increasing housing supply in the region.
