We support our customers
From training and employment opportunities to tackling social isolation, we are passionate about investing in our communities and run a range of projects to support our customers.
Our Local Stakeholder Boards (LSBs) guide our approach and help us to address the specific challenges our communities face. We have worked closely with our LSBs to develop community plans to shape our activity across the West Midlands.
Our plans will help us to address key challenges people in our communities face including:
- Schemes to reduce loneliness, social isolation and fuel poverty
- Projects to deal with issues like fly-tipping and anti-social behaviour
- Support to help people into jobs and training opportunities
- Projects which offer people financial support
