What are service charges?
Service charges cover the day-to-day running costs of communal or shared services at your building and the estate your home is part of.
As your landlord we provide you with a number of services that are not included in your rent. Some of these services include:
- communal area cleaning
- grounds maintenance
- security
- CCTV
The services we charge for are set out in your tenancy agreement or lease.
