Cherry Orchard development opens its doors with brand new show homes

Visitors had their first opportunity to view our high specification homes, as they were officially opened with a ribbon cutting ceremony led by Chair of Marden Parish Council, David Bennett.

The new show homes offer a chance to experience what life at Cherry Orchard could be like - from the layout and the design to the feel of the finished home.

Cherry Orchard is a £17.3 million development which will see 90 homes built in Marden - these will be made up of 58 Signature New Homes, which can be bought as outright sale, 15 shared ownership homes, and 17 rented homes. All of these will be a mix of two, three and four bedrooms.

Homes for sale start from £295,000, with shared ownership homes available from £118,000.

Visitors attending the opening ceremony were able to look around the show homes and find out more about the homes available.
