We’ve climbed the ranks in this year’s Top 50 Biggest Builders list

The survey ranks housing associations based on the total number of new homes completions in 2025/26.

This year we were ranked at number 32 and the previous year we were at 40.

In 2025/26 we completed 550 homes.

This included:

• 262 social rent homes
• 168 affordable rent homes
• 120 low cost ownership

We’ve also been ranked at number 21 for our pipeline. This is a move of four places up from 25 last year.

Our Executive Director of Development Nick Byrne said: “The results in the last year are brilliant and we’re looking forward to continuing to build more homes over the next few years.

“We’ve recently published our new business strategy where we’re committed to investing in new homes, regeneration and renewal.

“Between now and 2030 we’ve committed to building 2,200 new affordable homes and 300 new homes for out right sale.

“I’d also like to thank the Development Team for all your hard work over the last year to deliver these homes. Well done! It’s a great achievement to see our work acknowledged alongside national builders who work in much larger areas.”
