Position: Human Resources Business Partner (Workforce Planning)
Salary: £62,537
Location: Birmingham Business Park (B37), hybrid with approx. 2-3 days in the office

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and delivery of effective, long-term workforce plans aligned with organisational objectives.
  • Analyse workforce trends and provide data-driven insights to inform recruitment, retention, and succession planning.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and People Development teams to integrate workforce plans with attraction and onboarding initiatives.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders, aligning HR practices with organisational goals.
  • Provide expert HR guidance on complex employee relations issues.

Qualifications and experience:

  • Level 7 CIPD qualification (or equivalent) with current CIPD membership.
  • Proven experience in workforce planning and talent pipeline development.
  • Strong understanding of UK employment legislation.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • Ability to analyse and translate complex information into actionable strategies.
