Salary: £37,595

Location: West Midlands/Hybrid

Basis: Permanent, Full time, Monday - Friday, 37 Hours Per Week

As a Senior Lettings Advisor, your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the provision of a high-quality allocations, lettings, and empty property management service.
• Ensuring that empty properties are re-let in accordance with the allocations policy and within the minimum timescales to achieve targets.
• Delivering sustainable lettings through effective shortlisting and eligibility assessments ensuring that new tenants can sustain their tenancies.
• Maintaining & developing excellent relationship with local authorities in respect of Choice Based Lettings and nomination arrangements.
• Ensuring that processes work effectively to deliver a high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

As a Senior Lettings Advisor, we need you to have:

• Full UK Driving licence with access to a vehicle.
• Relevant experience of working in a social housing environment in a similar or related role
• Knowledge and understanding of current best practice in allocations, lettings and void management processes
• A professional qualification in CIH level 3 or above or a willingness to work towards
