Phase 6 marks the final phase of this major redevelopment project and negotiations with our developer partner, Keepmoat Homes, are well underway.  A key milestone for Phase 6 will be the submission of a reserved matters application to the Local Planning authority in summer 2024.

To help with the preparation of this application, residents living in Henley Green and Manor Farm were invited to attend a Community Consultation Drop-in Event on Thursday 4 April at the Henley Green Community Centre to give their feedback on the detailed proposals for the development of around 182 new homes on three main sites and one smaller site that make up Phase 6 of the project.
