Spirit Quarters new show home and sales centre now open

Posted on September 13th, 2022 by Elaine Davies

Work is well underway on the fifth phase of Spirit Quarters and its new show home and sales centre has officially opened.

Spirit Quarters is a hugely successful, multi-award-winning regeneration project in Coventry which we are working on with Keepmoat Homes.

Lord Mayor of Coventry, Cllr Maton, was invited to a ribbon cutting ceremony along with Citizen colleagues to celebrate the opening of the development’s brand-new sales centre and show home.

Our Director of Regeneration Kevin Roach said: “This phase of the Spirit Quarters regeneration programme will hit the milestone of 1,000 new homes being built and will continue the remarkable transformation of the area.

“All of this couldn’t have been achieved without the continued support of the local community and our partners; Keepmoat Homes, Moat House Community Trust and Coventry City Council.”

The latest phase in the new Spirit Quarters development based on Milverton Road, Coventry, will feature 96 two, three and four-bedroom homes, of which 20 will be created as affordable housing.

Lord Mayor of Coventry and Henley Ward Councillor Cllr Maton said: “It was a pleasure to attend the launch ceremony in the latest phase of development, celebrating the launch of its new show home and sales centre. The new Spirit Quarters housing really enhances the local community and is a great asset to Coventry, and we look forward to welcoming the new residents to the area.”

So far, the completion of phases one to four has delivered 979 new homes, 275 of which were allocated for affordable housing in partnership with us.
